Job Description

Vessel Details:
  • Dual season, private and charter 70m+ motor yacht currently located in Palma is searching for a rotational Second Officer to start ASAP.
  • The vessel is currently located in Palma for a short yard period before crossing back over to the Caribbean towards the end of the year.
  • Fantastic multinational crew onboard with a fantastic rotational package on offer for the right candidate.
Job Details:
  • The ideal candidate will be someone who has at least 2+ full years yachting experience in a Bosun role onboard vessels of similar size or larger. You must be confident managing the entire deck department as well as leading a team of Deckhands.
  • This position would suit a newly qualified OOW 3000, offering an 8 week on/8 week off rotational package with lots of bridgework training and mentoring involved.
  • To be considered, you must have strong Bosun experience on similar sized yachts.
Requirements:
  • A valid Schengen visa/European passport is required for this role.
  • Must hold an OOW 3000 ticket.
  • Must have excellent verifiable references and all relevant certificates in hand.
  • Start date: End of September, in Palma.
