Job Description

Vessel Details:
  • Dual season, private 26m sailing yacht currently located in Palma is searching for a permanent Deck/Engineer to start within the next few days.
  • The vessel will be cruising to the Canary Islands shortly followed by an incredible world cruising itinerary.
  • Fantastic multinational crew of 4/5 onboard.
Job Details:
  • The ideal candidate will be someone who has at least 1 – 2 full years yachting experience as an Engineer in a similar position onboard sailing vessels of similar size or larger. Willing to accept crew with motor yacht experience.
  • This role requires a hands-on Deck/Engineer with solid engineering experience who isn’t afraid to help out on Deck when needed.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with sailing experience, however candidates who are keen to learn are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
  • A valid Schengen visa/European passport is required for this role.
  • An AEC1+AEC2 is the minimum requirement for this role.
  • Preference will be given to candidates already located in Palma.
  • Must have excellent verifiable references and all relevant certificates in hand.
  • Start date: ASAP, in Palma.
