We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a dual-season, privately used 70m motor yacht. This is a permanent position with an ASAP start, offering 90 days leave per year (this is flexible). The yacht is currently located in the South of France and has exciting plans to cruise the Mediterranean, explore off-the-beaten-track destinations, and possibly returning to the Caribbean in the future.

As the Chief Stewardess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht’s interior. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction, and your main duties will include assisting with guest activities, overseeing and leading an interior team of 6 stewardesses.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 full years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on vessels of 60m+ in length. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively delegate tasks. You should have a positive attitude, a calm and mature demeanour, and the ability to handle various responsibilities with professionalism. Experience with new-builds is advantageous.

The Owner requires a Chief Stewardess who is hard working, polite, hands-on and have a polite and professional attitude. Experience with wine, mixology and flower arrangements is beneficial and you will need to have a solid track record with excellent verifiable references.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts 60m+ in length.
  • Valid Schengen visa/European passport.
  • Excellent verifiable references.
  • All relevant certificates in hand.
  • Start date: ASAP.
