Seven Seas is working with a fantastic client who is recruiting for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a dual-season, private 45m motor yacht. The yacht is offering a rotational (3:1) position for the right candidate, and is currently located in the South of France with exciting plans to cruise the Mediterranean for the rest of the Summer season before returning to the Caribbean shortly.

As the Chief Stew, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the yacht’s interior. Your responsibilities will include upholding the highest standards of guest service and and your primary tasks will involve aiding guest activities and supervising a small team of stewardesses.

We are in search of a candidate with a minimum of 2 full years experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts of similar size or exceeding 50 meters in length. The ideal crew member should possess strong leadership qualities and the capability to efficiently manage the interior department. The yacht operates a fairly quiet private itinerary and the successful candidate will need to be happy with a quieter programme.

The Owner requires a Chief Stewardess who is well presented, courteous, hands-on, and extremely professional at all times. A strong track record accompanied by verifiable references in required for this role. The yacht is offering a fantastic 3:1 rotational leave package as well as a 14 month salary per year with a $2500 training allowance per year.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Chief Stewardess onboard yachts of 50m+ in length.
  • Valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand.
  • Valid B1/B2 Visa in hand.
  • All relevant certificates in hand with verifiable references.
  • Start date: end of October.
