Based out of the South of France, Keegan has fully immersed himself in the yachting industry and understands clientele needs and wants, crew qualification requirements and specifications from Junior Deckhand to Captain and beyond, specialising in all departments.

As a former Chief Stewardess onboard some extremely prestigious vessels, Molly has built up a fierce and respected repertoire of hands-on skills that she can pay forward to the world of recruitment and beyond. 

Molly has paid her dues to the seafaring life and has decided to plant her roots in the sunny South of France and expand her ever-growing network, offering an effortless, efficient, and personalised touch to modern-day superyacht recruitment processes.

As a seasoned professional, Savanna understands the industry and its professional requirements, providing 'second-to-none' recruitment assistance for all superyacht positions.

Having worked for large recruitment and superyacht management companies prior, Erin's diverse knowledge of the industry and relationship-focused approach to recruitment has enabled her to build a large network of dedicated professionals within the industry and beyond.

Coming from an experienced IT background, Richard worked his way up to an AV/IT role, which gave him a strong foundation for his current web developer position. With Richard’s technical knowledge and experience, he is now helping us build our yacht recruitment platform and combine his previous yachting experience with our company’s needs.

Hagen was raised in the town of Port Elizabeth along the coast of sunny South Africa. Growing up, he was surrounded by boats and family members who actively worked onboard superyachts of various sizes.

As an avid musician and tech enthusiast, Hagen has combined this knowledge with that of the superyacht industry to support Seven Seas Recruitment through executing social media campaigns, developing sales strategies, interpreting marketing analytics and providing all-round support to the entire team.
Amy Team
Born in South Africa to a water sports obsessed family, Amy was lucky enough to turn a hobby into a career, and started working on sailing yachts after gaining her culinary qualifications as a superyacht chef.

After 12 incredible years of yachting on vessels of varying sizes, and having gained experience in various leadership roles, she settled in Mallorca with her partner and dogs. On weekends, Amy can be found cycling, running or hiking around the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Laura-Kate boasts a decade-long tenure in the yachting industry, having served aboard several high-profile superyachts. With a passion for yoga and wellness, she made a move to La Ciotat, France to establish a dedicated wellness business for yacht crew.

In response to the pandemic, Laura-Kate pivoted her business online, creating a platform that provides yacht crew with 24/7 access to yoga classes from any location. Drawing on her extensive network within the industry, Laura-Kate has now turned her attention to crew recruitment.

Courtney has dedicated many years to the yachting industry as a former Chief Stewardess and Chef. She has outstanding seafaring qualities and displays her passion when placing new and experienced yacht crew.

Her previous experience on a variety of motor and sailing yachts gives her the edge to navigate yacht recruitment and pair up some of the most prestigious superyachts with comparable personalities from around the world.
